The Husband Helper (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a personal organization and relationship-support application designed to help husbands remember meaningful dates, preferences, gift ideas, and other information that strengthens their relationship with their spouse.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Husband Helper app (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

We only collect information necessary to operate the App and provide its features.

Collected when you create an account:

• Email address
   
• Encrypted password (handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your raw password)
   

Provided voluntarily by you:

• Wife’s name
   
• Anniversary
   
• Birthday
   
• Her favorites (drinks, colors, stores, restaurants, etc.)
   
• Sizes (clothing, ring, shoes)
   
• Notes and reminders
   
• Gift ideas
   
• Preferences, personal insights, and relationship notes
   
• Any future custom fields you choose to enter
   

Only if you upload them:

• Images stored in your private photo library
   
• Optional captions or notes associated with each photo
   

Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage under your unique user ID.

Collected automatically:

• Device type
   
• Operating system
   
• App version
   
• Basic analytics (anonymous and aggregated)
   

We do NOT collect:

• GPS location
   
• Contacts
   
• Microphone data
   
• SMS
   
• Call logs
   
• Background tracking
   
• Any unnecessary device information
   

Your information is used solely to operate and enhance the App, including:

• Saving your wife’s preferences, notes, and photos
   
• Generating reminders and countdowns
   
• Improving user experience and app performance
   
• Providing access to optional partner-affiliate links
   
• Supporting account functionality and security
   
• Enhancing future updates and features
   

We never sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data.

We use industry-standard cloud services provided by Google Firebase:

• Firebase Authentication — secure account login
   
• Firestore Database — stores your profile and notes
   
• Firebase Storage — stores uploaded photos
   

Each user’s data is isolated and protected by strict Firebase Security Rules.

All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.

Only you, the account holder, can view your data.

We do not:

• Access your private notes
   
• Access your photos
   
• Access your wife’s profile
   
• Share your data with your wife or anyone else
   
• Sell or monetize your personal data in any form
   

We may view limited metadata only if needed for troubleshooting and only with your permission.

We implement multiple layers of security:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
   
• Authentication-based access restrictions
   
• Isolated user data containers
   
• Regular system monitoring
   
• Strict Firebase security policies
   

Despite safeguards, no system can guarantee 100% security. Use the App responsibly.

You have the right to:

• Access your stored information
   
• Edit or update your data
   
• Delete individual entries
   
• Request full account deletion
   
• Request future data export (upcoming feature)

The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
