These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Husband Helper application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

The Husband Helper App is a personal organization and relationship-support tool designed to help users remember important dates, preferences, and personal details about their spouse or partner.

The App is not:

• A surveillance tool
   
• Monitoring software
   
• A psychological or counseling service
   
• A diagnostic or therapeutic product
   
• A replacement for relationship communication
   

You agree to:

• Use the App legally and respectfully
   
• Provide accurate information
   
• Keep your login credentials secure
   
• Use the App only for positive, healthy purposes
   
• Not store information with the intent to manipulate, control, or harm another person
   

Your account activity is your responsibility.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App
   
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
   
• Attempt to access another user’s data
   
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
   
• Use the App to harass or control another person
   
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security
   

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including:

• Photos
   
• Notes
   
• Preferences
   
• Personal entries
   

You grant us a limited license solely to store, process, and display your content within your account.

We do not use your content for marketing, training, or third-party purposes.

The App provides tools to help husbands stay organized, but we cannot guarantee:

• Relationship improvement
   
• Accuracy of reminders
   
• Accuracy of suggestions
   
• Prevention of missed dates
   
• Permanent data storage
   

The App is a support tool, not a guarantee of any relationship or personal outcome.

If you subscribe to premium features:

• You authorize recurring charges
   
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law
   
• Features and pricing may change with notice
   

We are not liable for:

• Misuse of the App
   
• Missed reminders
   
• Lost or corrupted data
   
• Incorrect suggestions
   
• Unauthorized access if caused by your negligence
   
• Personal or relationship outcomes
   

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
   
• You misuse the App
   
• You attempt to compromise security
   

You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
